PALOMA RIVERA EXOTIC RUM, is a 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Belalcázar-Caldas, after being pulped and dried, the aromatized green coffee is fermented in white oak rum barrels that contain the essence of the true Caribbean spirit with subtle notes of spicy caramel and a hit of dark chocolate aroma. This fermentation process lasts 3 months, it is a natural roast coffee without alcohol.
